1. Who we are and what this is

These terms govern your use of onalchik.games, operated by Onalchik Social Games ("Onalchik", "we"). Onalchik is a social casino entertainment platform. It is not a gambling service. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

• All games use virtual demo coins which have no monetary value.
• Demo coins cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred or withdrawn, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
• The service involves no deposits, no withdrawals, no payments and no prizes of monetary value.
• Nothing on this site constitutes gambling, betting, a lottery or a game of chance for money or money's worth.
• Leaderboards, rewards and achievements are cosmetic, virtual and for entertainment only.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may restrict access where we believe this condition is not met.

4. Your local profile

Registration creates a profile stored solely in your own browser's local storage. You are responsible for the device and browser you use. We cannot recover, restore or transfer profiles, balances or achievements, including after browser data is cleared. Virtual balances may be adjusted, reset or replenished by the operation of the games at any time; because coins have no value, no such change gives rise to any claim.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, misrepresenting it as a real-money gambling product, using it to promote gambling services, or attempting to attach real-world value to demo coins (for example by selling accounts or balances). Any such attempt is void and breaches these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, graphics, games and code are the property of Onalchik Social Games or its licensors. You may use them only as part of normally playing the games in your browser.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including games, coins, features and these terms, at any time. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onalchik excludes all warranties and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under mandatory EU consumer protection rules.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state in which Onalchik Social Games is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
